Housekeeping Supervisor
Scandclean is Hiring – Houseman Supervisor wanted! We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Supervisor for our team of Housemen to join our housekeeping team as soon as possible. We offer hotel cleaning service at multiple hotels in Copenhagen. You will be primarily located at the same hotel but at the same time also responsible for other new housemen that need training. Your main tasks on a daily basis will be: Keep public areas clean (lobby, restaurant, spa/pool, terraces, elevators, stairs, etc.) Maintain and organize housekeeping depots; refill products, linen and minibars Receive deliveries and help with stock counting Prepare and store trolleys for housekeepers Handle trash sorting and basic maintenance tasks (bulbs, batteries, small fixes) Keep outdoor areas tidy; assist with snow shoveling in winter Support housekeepers and reception when needed (guest requests, luggage, etc.) Follow safety guidelines and report issues Training of new employees that join the Houseman team What we are looking for: Experience in housekeeping (min. 1 year preferred) Ability to multitask, stay organized and work independently Good English skills Physically fit and able to lift heavier items Responsible, detail-oriented and a team player Flexible to work weekends/holidays If you are motivated, helpful and ready to join a positive team, we’d love to hear from you!
