About DustiQ ApS DustiQ ApS is a hands‑on property maintenance company focused on keeping residential buildings safe, functional, and welcoming. Your mission Deliver technical maintenance and repairs across our residential portfolio, ensuring tenants’ comfort and building compliance. You will be a visible representative of DustiQ and a key contributor to tenant satisfaction. Key responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs (basic carpentry, property cleaning, bulk waste sorting, fixtures, repairs and maintenance that doesent require a certificate). Inspect building systems and report or fix issues (heating, ventilation, water systems). Diagnose faults. Document work, parts used, and time for invoicing and inventory. Follow safety procedures and company workflows. Occasional weekend or on‑call shifts to support urgent tenant needs. (Full‑time, 37 hours/week). Who we’re looking for, profile: Practical experience in building maintenance, facility services, or as a handyman. Technical skills in at least one of: basic carpentry, property cleaning, maintenance, or basic repair. Structured, solution‑oriented approach and strong communication in English with tenants and colleagues. What we offer Permanent full‑time position (37 hours/week).
