1681 ApS is looking for a motivated and independent Chef for a full-time position. We are an authentic Indian restaurant offering high-quality dining experiences in Copenhagen.

‍ About the Position

As a Chef at Restaurant Shezan, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operation of the kitchen and food production. Your main tasks will include food preparation and general chef duties.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibility for the daily operation of the kitchen

Planning and preparation of meals for restaurant guests

Menu development and quality control

Purchasing and handling of ingredients

Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Collaboration with management and other staff in connection with events and daily operations

We Expect That You

Have experience as a chef, preferably from a restaurant, catering, or event environment

Are able to work independently and maintain overview during busy periods

Are flexible regarding working hours (evenings and weekends may occur)

Have a strong sense of quality, taste, and presentation

Are responsible, reliable, and well-organized
