<p>As a pile driver, you are the driving force behind the pile-driving work on our construction sites. You ensure that the piling work is carried out in a safe, efficient and quality manner. Together with your piling assistant and cable crane operator, you will make every project a success!</p><p>Duties and responsibilities:</p><p>With your leadership and expertise, you make sure each pile driver knows exactly what to do, from managing to motivating your team. Together with them, you deliver craftsmanship of the highest quality.<br>With your eye for detail, you position and align the piling rig accurately. You monitor the progress of the piling work and ensure that the slabs can be vibrated in using a vibrating block and cable crane.<br>Safety first! Safety always comes first for you. Not only do you monitor compliance with safety regulations, but you are also the point of contact for your team when it comes to creating a safe working environment.<br>Does a problem arise during pile driving? You stay calm and know how to intervene quickly and effectively. Thanks to your technical knowledge, you know how to overcome any obstacle, whether it's a failure in the piling rig or unexpected ground conditions.</p><p> </p> <![CDATA[<p>Who are you?</p><p>You have a technical understanding and a first experience in managing a team.<br>You live in the triangle Ghent-Antwerp-Brussels.<br>Experience with Movax or similar equipment is a plus.<br>A certificate for cable crane, excavator or aerial work platform is also a plus.<br>Safety always comes first for you and you have experience in applying safety regulations.<br>You have strong communication and problem solving skills.<br>You are in possession of a VCA certificate (or willing to obtain one).</p>
