Compliance Officer

Developing, implementing, and updating internal compliance policies (code of conduct, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering etc.). Supporting relevant teams in relation to data protection and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., GDPR, NIS2 etc.). Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring the company remains compliant with applicable legal requirements. Training and raising awareness among employees about compliance principles and obligations. Identifying and assess compliance risks in internal processes and third-party relationships (conflict of interest, gift policy etc). Conducting internal audits and regular controls to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Helping operational teams (operations, procurement, sales, HR) on legal and ethical issues relevant to their activities. Managing alerts and reports of non-compliance, investigating issues, and recommending corrective measures. Preparing compliance reports for management and, where necessary, for regulatory authorities. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the compliance program by adapting tools and procedures as needed. Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information related to compliance activities.
