RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Engagement & Feedback • Manage and analyze customer feedback across the various channels. • Provide recommendations to improve customer satisfaction. • Create reports and presentations on feedback trends. • Train staff on handling feedback consistently. Strategic Communications • Develop a comprehensive writing strategy for our marketing content, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and articles. • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies. • Assist in communicating senior leadership messages by advising, preparing, etc. • Lead internal and external communications projects. • Ensure brand consistency across all materials. • Implement and test new marketing strategies based on research findings. • Meet regularly with MWB activity managers to understand their marketing needs and adjust strategies accordingly. • Adjust and optimize KPIs based on early performance data. • Conduct a full review of marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly. • Develop and maintain historical event records with insights on menus, pricing, attendance, and profitability. Content Creation & Management • Plan and produce marketing materials. • Support internal communications (newsletters, memos,etc.). • Collaborate with the MW Graphics Designer to ensure all MWB events are effectively advertised to the SHAPE Community on the Website and SCL magazine. • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments to maintain a positive image of MWB services • Establish initial KPIs to track the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives. • Assist in generating leads by gathering insights on user interests in our MWB products and services. Collaboration & Coordination • Work with internal and external departments/activities. • Generate new ideas and strategies for promotion. • Coordinate the usage of advertising screens in the 500 area. • Scale successful initiatives and phase out underperforming tactics ADDITIONAL DUTIES • Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing platforms and industry trends. • Deputize for higher-grade staff when required. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Attend meetings as required by the chain of command. • Other duties as required to support the Branch. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • The incumbent may be required to work on weekends, evenings and nights as planned by the supervisor and in addition to the normal daily workload. • High level of customer service and diplomacy. • Ability to prioritise workload to ensure that events and communication/marketing responsibilities are met when working in a busy team environment. • Written and verbal communication skills aligned with the language expectations, and the ability to proof-read materials. • Must be flexible and willing to take on a range of tasks. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including tact, diplomacy and assertiveness, willingness to cooperate, team spirit, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a complex environment (both internally and externally). • Ability to work well independently and to contribute as part of a team, with a supportive attitude towards colleagues. • Calm under pressure, positive and constructive attitude.
