MAINTENANCE & FACILITY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER We are seeking an ambitious and visionary Maintenance & Facility Development Manager to join our global Technology Development team in a permanent position at our head office in Helsinki. This is a new role within our company, offering a unique opportunity to build Lindström's international future maintenance concept, and drive change. Join our team and help us make a difference! Your key contribution areas As Maintenance & Facility Development Manager, youll have a key role in ensuring Lindströms laundry operations are safe, efficient, and ready for sustainable growth by shaping and scaling maintenance concepts. Youll be the owner of our maintenance model, and your key responsibilities will include: - Lead the development and implementation of maintenance and facility concepts and operations, creating strategic roadmaps and identifying opportunities for improvement - Own and develop our maintenance management system, driving digitalisation and process monitoring (sensors, AI, machine learning) - Collaborate with teams and key stakeholders across Lindströms global network - Prepare and deliver training and communication materials to support change management - Define KPIs and reporting structures to measure and boost performance - Support long-term planning and asset management As this is a global role supporting our international operations, youll have the opportunity to travel and collaborate across Lindström countries. You'll bring: - Extensive experience in industrial maintenance and facility operations, including concept development - Proven track record of improving safety, efficiency, quality and productivity - Understanding of maintenance processes, automation, robotics and emerging technologies - Analytical, data-driven approach and digital fluency - Growth mindset and openness to agile ways of working - A relevant technical degree (minimum bachelors) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Fluency in English (written and spoken) - Willingness to travel occasionally Your key people Youll be part of our global Operations and Supply Chain function, working within our newly formed Technology Development team of 5 professionals. We are a collaborative and caring team, committed to making Lindström a leader in sustainable and efficient textile service technologies. Youll partner with experts across Operations Development, Capacity Management, Quality & Compliance, Delivery teams, and country organisations, as well as external partners and suppliers.
