What You’ll Bring to the Team Expertise in IRM (Integrated Risk Management), BCM (Business Continuity Management), and TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) Proven experience in ServiceNow development with a minimum of 5 years (excluding admin/support roles) CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is mandatory Ability to make sound design decisions, balancing risks and technical trade-offs Experience mentoring and guiding other developers Strong commitment to best practices, testing, and process improvements. Your Role and Responsibilities Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications focused on risk and compliance management Collaborate closely with on-site teams in Oslo to deliver secure, scalable solutions Maintain a deep understanding of the application and industry tools to work efficiently Support and guide junior team members Ensure tests and documentation are kept current.
