You need to have at least one year working experience in Finland buffet sushi restaurant or sushi bar. That means applicant has to have already the knowledge to how to prepare nigiris, makis and cut fish. Work requires flexibility in working hours. Capability and clean appearance are an important prerequisites. Job can involve some customer service tasks. A hygiene passport and valid work permit and home address in Finland is required.
