What you will do You will be part of the European Clipper Customer Service team based in Helmond consisting of twenty colleagues covering customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Scandinavia, the UK, and Ireland. You will therefore find yourself in an international setting, in which no day is the same! You will be working for the UK/IE team where the operating language is English. Within this team, you will be the permanent point of contact for an assigned group of Clipper customers (resellers of promotional items). The Customer Service department is the heart of our company and works closely together with the Sales department. As a Customer Service Employee, you will be involved in helping and advising customers from the relevant region, order management and good after-care. For this, you are customer-oriented, always aware of the customer's needs and able to combine these skills into optimal service. As a result, customers always come back to us, and you make an important contribution to generating maximum commercial results for Clipper in the region and its resellers!
