With your experience as a freight forwarder, you ensure that files run smoothly, support customers with knowledge and make the right choices at the right time. Always with a cool head and an eye for detail. What are you doing? - As a freight forwarder, you are responsible for the entire logistics process of your customers and their goods flows. - You coordinate, communicate and arrange everything from A to Z. - You manage files for LCL, FCL, breakbulk and air freight - You are the point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues - You draw up transport and customs documents and follow all formalities closely - You monitor the entire transport process, from request to delivery - You check purchase invoices and ensure correct invoicing - Do you have a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or equivalent experience? - You have several years of experience as a freight forwarder with a strong affinity for logistics and the port of Antwerp. - You think along with the customer, work accurately and maintain an overview in complex files. - Good knowledge of MS Office - Dutch very good, English at advanced level, French good, German is a plus
