Your responsibilities: - Planning of the technicians. - You carry out checks on the hours of the technicians. - You process their presences and absences. - You follow up on the orders and ensure that everything runs smoothly. - After the assignment has ended, you draw up the invoice. - After consultation with the manager, you provide customers with credit notes when necessary. - You enter articles entirely in Navision. - You work closely with the planner for everything. - Technical knowledge. - Experience with planning of technicians is an added value - You work accurately and can handle Microsoft Office fluently (experience with NAV is a plus). - Service and customer focus are your main objectives. - You have a good knowledge of Dutch, but you also have a good knowledge of French and English.
