You provide a warm welcome, listen to the customer, translate their question to the technicians and guide them through the entire process of maintenance or repair. Thanks to your customer-oriented approach and organizational talent, you help build a sustainable relationship with every director. What you will do: Welcoming customers and being the first point of contact for all questions about after-sales. Listening to the input of customers and clearly passing it on to the technicians. Scheduling appointments and following up on the entire maintenance or repair process. Clear communication about work carried out and giving advice where necessary. Provide practical solutions, such as arranging a replacement car or rescheduling appointments. Administrative follow-up: work orders, quotations, invoicing, warranty requests. Ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and contributing to sustainable customer relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in a similar position is a plus. Automotive technical knowledge and commercial flair. Customer-oriented, communicative and stress-resistant. Administratively strong and smooth with computers and software packages.
