We are looking for an experienced Senior Workplace Manager Country Lead with a passion for service excellence to support our strategic client, a global tech company located in the Helsinki Metropolitan area.We are looking for a a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in facilities management, client relationship building, and operational excellence In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of IFM services across sites in Finland, ensuring exceptional service quality. You will lead a team of Managers to maintain a safe, efficient, and sustainable working environment, while fulfilling client expectations, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities: Manage the on-site contract and all services to the agreed standards, ensuring that deadlines and targets are achieved Maximise the profitability of the contract and manage costs effectively Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the account director Manage the onsite client and Sodexo services and teams to deliver the agreed SLA and standards, acting as Sodexo primary representative on site Provide direction and expertise to the operating area by promoting Sodexo strategies and best business practices in order to uphold the company mission and values Ensure that statutory requirements and company policies and procedures are followed and deadlines are met Build long-term relationships with client(s) that add value and are based on mutual trust Lead, develop, manage and motivate a high performing team to the agreed standards ensuring that the client receives services of the highest quality Support the account director in the development of business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs What we wish for: Bachelors degree in service management or other applicable field Previous experience of operational management in a similar international environment Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-site teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Client savvy. Passion for service and Client Experience Goal oriented and able to identify growth opportunities Manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities in a high paced working environment Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information Achieve set standards and operate to performance criteria; for example health and safety, hygiene Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate Self motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment Excellent IT-skills Fluency in English and Finnish is essential in this role (both written and spoken), other languages are considered as an advantage.
