Key Responsibilities · Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydroponic growing systems, including pumps, sensors, and water circulation. · Perform regular servicing and minor repairs on mechanical and electrical systems (HVAC, lighting, irrigation). · Assemble and fit cultivation units, control panels, and farm infrastructure based on drawings anddesign schematics. · Strong working knowledge in maintaining, diagnosing, and troubleshooting PLC (ProgrammableLogic Controller) based automation systems. · Participate in the setup of new farm modules and assist in technology upgrades or expansions. · Monitor and record data related to crop health, system performance, and equipment status. · Operate tools, meters, and software used for diagnostics and repairs. · Handle daily operational tasks including seed sowing, harvesting, and cleaning when needed. · Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams regarding inventory and equipment deliveries. · Maintain high standards for hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety at all times.
