Robbies Hospitality Oy is seeking a sales-minded and proactive individual to support the growth of its catering and B2B operations. The focus of the role is on identifying new business customers, making contact, and developing long-term client relationships. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in B2B sales, customer communication, and small business operations. Daily tasks include: Identifying and researching potential new customers (companies, schools, event organizers, etc.) Communicating with clients by phone, email, and occasionally in person Presenting our food and service offering in a clear and engaging way Preparing collaboration proposals and basic offers Maintaining and following up customer relationships Working with the owner on campaign ideas and outreach strategy Supporting light marketing tasks when needed Both Finnish and English are used daily in this role. This position is ideal for someone interested in sales, customer service, and the food service industry. Previous experience in sales is not required, but self-direction and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Working hours and start date are flexible and will be agreed upon together. This is a TE Services-approved work trial and not a salaried job. However, there may be an opportunity for paid employment after the trial, depending on business development.
