· Assisting the R&D Director in the execution of R&D projects which enables you getting to know the procedures & the products of our company to evolve to responsible quality engineer · Monitoring all operations that effect quality · Repart all malfunctions as a non-conformity registration & communicate to production executives to ensure immediate action · Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output · Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data · Validate quality analysis of incoming raw materials · Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers R&D · Design, implement, improve quality standards & procedures according to ISO 9001 · Conducting internal + external audits · Continuous improvement of testing procedures · Assure quality of outgoing products for customers · Keep records of quality reports and relevant documentation · Quality control of new development products · Reporting to QA – R&D director on regular basis You have a master or bachelor in chemical engineering You speak fluent Dutch, English and French You have strong supervisory and leadership skills You have outstanding communication skills You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) You have good knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
