Business Development / Sales (Korean-speaking) (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional with a passion for sales or business development to join our team. This position is suitable for candidates with a background in B2B sales, technical sales, or engineering who enjoy working in an international environment.

Your tasks:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Germany and partially other European countries
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify potential projects and clients
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and strategic business partners
• Travel for business (primarily in Germany, partially to other European countries)
• Report sales and business development activities to management

Your profile:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-driven, and positive attitude
• Business fluent in English and Korean
• Chinese language skills are an advantage
• Experience in B2B sales or business development (across any industry) is a plus
