Senior Logistics Specialist - Pharmalogistik (m/w/d)

In Marburg, our client in the warehouse and logistics sector is looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist for pharmaceutical logistics. The position is offered on a part-time basis (morning shift) within a temporary employment framework with a high potential for permanent takeover.

Your Tasks:

• Coordinating timely, GDP-compliant deliveries from Europe, the USA, and Australia to global CSL companies and external customers.
• Creating international delivery plans based on requirements, available product batches, temperature requirements, and quantity/value limits.
• Analyzing, coordinating across locations, and escalating delivery bottlenecks; selecting transport alternatives (air, sea, or truck).
• Checking purchase requirements and creating intercompany orders in SAP.
• Recording and checking SAP deliveries, including picking and delivery dates and customer-specific warehouse requirements.
• Coordinating suitable cooling packaging with the warehouse and transport management, ensuring validation of temperature and customer requirements.
• Creating export and import documents (invoices, export declarations) in compliance with country-specific customs and foreign trade regulations.
• Coordinating certificates of origin, insurance certificates, notarizations, and legalizations; sending shipping documents to warehouses, logistics service providers, and customers.
• Coordinating with Quality, Customer Service, and the warehouse regarding new requirements, process deviations, and improvements to logistics processes.
• Accompanying authority representatives during inspections of pharmaceutical logistics and GDP-compliant distribution.

Your Profile:

• Basic and advanced knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Mandatory German (C2 level).
• Fluent English (C1-C2 level).
• Professional experience in the field.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently and reliably.
