Business Controller - Aftermarket (m/w/d)

In Allendorf, you will join a dynamic and motivated team in the banking, finance, and insurance services sector. The position is offered via temporary employment with an option for takeover by the client.

Your Tasks:

• Create and maintain weekly and monthly Aftermarket reports to visualize the sales pipeline, order entries, order backlog, turnover, and margin.
• Develop and refine Power-BI dashboards and reporting solutions to provide reliable decision-making bases for management and departments.
• Verify and reconcile data from SAP, HFM, Salesforce, SAC, and IBP to ensure a consistent reporting database.
• Analyze revenue streams and validate financial estimates for opportunity and risk assessments.
• Conduct margin analyses and investigate financial deviations to identify improvement potentials and derive concrete recommendations.
• Support forecast creation for the sales pipeline, order backlog, turnover, and margin by preparing business data and aligning assumptions with departments.
• Participate in budget planning and long-term planning, creating structured templates for strategic alignment and financial performance management.
• Act as a Business Partner for the Aftermarket areas (spare parts, service, modernization, and rental) through financial analysis and data-based recommendations.
• Coordinate and moderate alignments with central, regional, and international teams to ensure consistent KPIs and uniform reporting.
• Support monthly reviews and quarterly business meetings with deviation analyses and clear presentation of key figures.

Your Profile:

• Degree as a Betriebswirt/in (Fachschule) in Controlling or Rechnungswesen, or a Bachelor Professional in Wirtschaft.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Administration / Business Administration.
• Professional experience in the field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Holistic thinking and good communication skills.
