CNC Turner

Wellpack is seeking a skilled CNC turner for a client company in Lohja. The role involves manufacturing demanding industrial products and assemblies for a long-established Finnish technology company known for high-quality production and technical expertise.

Main Tasks

• Independently program and operate modern CNC lathes, including machines with sub-spindles and tailstocks.
• Perform a wide range of machining tasks on various materials and component sizes.
• Work in a production environment characterized by high-quality standards and demanding materials.

Work Conditions

• Current schedule: One shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Potential for transition to a two-shift system.
• Opportunities for longer days and weekend work may occur depending on production needs.
• Employment is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of long-term employment.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in CNC turning.
• Independent skills in Fanuc control and programming directly at the machine.
• A precise, quality-oriented, and responsible approach to work.
• A valid Occupational Safety Card.
• Good Finnish or English language skills.
• Experience with other controls, CAM software, or machining large/demanding components (e.g., titanium) is considered an advantage.
