Site Supervisors

Destia is looking for several experienced Site Supervisors to join the team for data center projects, primarily located in Northern Finland and the Northern Ostrobothnia region.

Role and Responsibilities
As a Site Supervisor, you will guide the daily execution of the site, ensuring operations run safely and as planned. You will be central to construction activities, ensuring work phases progress with high quality and on schedule in coordination with the project organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing site logistics (materials, machinery, and resources)
• Scheduling construction activities and managing resources
• Ensuring quality in execution and reporting
• Monitoring site costs
• Supervising subcontracting and ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Onboarding work crews and supporting their well-being

You will work closely with the Site Manager, other supervisors, designers, and other stakeholders to influence project efficiency and success.

Requirements

• Relevant technical education (e.g., Construction Foreman, Engineer)
• Experience in site supervision within the infrastructure sector or another relevant field
• Good skills in schedule, resource, and cost management
• IT skills related to site management systems
• Good English skills
• Initiative and decision-making ability in operational work
• A desire to develop, grow, and learn new things
• A solution-oriented and cooperative approach
