Business Analyst

In this role, your primary focus will be on hands-on project management, ensuring clear communication regarding project schedules and structures across various teams. You will analyze large transactional datasets and take ownership of system processes and data management. This is a dynamic and flexible position where responsibilities may expand as the project progresses.

Work Conditions

• Location: On-site at the office in Espoo, with some scope for flexibility.
• Contract: Fixed-term contract until the end of June 2027.
• Schedule: Full-time.

Main Tasks

• Driving overall project progress, tracking timelines, and communicating structures across teams.
• Analyzing large transactional datasets.
• Taking ownership of system processes and data management.
• Adapting flexibly to shifting project priorities and taking on new responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in consulting (MBB preferred), Private Equity, Venture Capital analyst roles, or as a Business Controller / Financial Controller.
• Strong problem-solving and logical analysis skills, with experience in structuring and breaking down complex business issues.
• Suitable educational background.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent MS Office skills, specifically advanced Excel.
• Outgoing, self-driven, and adaptable personality.
• High resilience under pressure and a proactive approach to work.
