Recruitment Specialist

Work tasks:

• Manage recruitment projects independently, from candidate sourcing through to hiring
• Actively source Lithuanian-speaking candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and direct outreach
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ experience, expectations and suitability
• Explain job opportunities and working conditions, including relocation details where relevant
• Manage the candidate database, build talent pools and stay in touch with candidates
• Work with colleagues and clients to understand staffing needs and set recruitment priorities
• Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
• Contribute to improving recruitment marketing and the candidate experience
