Work tasks: We are looking for an accurate, well-organised and responsible person to join our team as an Admin & HR Support Specialist. The company provides services to international aviation companies, therefore fluency in English is mandatory for successful performance in this role. This is a new role, focused on supporting payroll-related administration, HR processes and local office administration across several countries, including EE, LT, DK, NO, SE, FI, GE and UK. Your main tasks will include: - Supporting payroll-related processes across different locations - Registration of new employees, salary changes and end of employment information - Time registration, vacation and sickness registration - Registration of employee benefits, such as gym support, insurance and other benefits - Booking payment requests, salaries and salary-related costs into the ERP system - Handling reimbursement and per diem related administration - Updating the employee registry - Supporting communication related to HR and administrative matters You will also support local administration in Tallinn, including: - Time and vacation registration - Birthday and Christmas arrangements - Onsite HR-related support - Event planning support - Staff travel support - Office administration - Communication regarding office cleaning and maintenance - ID card support - Office supplies, coffee, milk, parking support and other practical office matters We offer: We offer modern working conditions in an office building near Ülemiste Centre, a friendly team, interesting work-related challenges, flexible working arrangements, the possibility to work from home up to two days per week, employee benefits related to the aviation industry, stability and a competitive motivation package.
