Production Worker in the Plastics Industry, Oravainen Finland
Are you an experienced production professional looking for a long-term opportunity in the plastics industry? We are currently looking for a Production Worker to join our client's manufacturing team in Oravainen, Finland.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work in a production environment where precision, quality, and teamwork are highly valued.
Your Responsibilities
As a Production Worker, you will participate in the manufacturing of fiberglass-reinforced plastic products. Your daily tasks include handling fiberglass mats, cutting materials according to technical drawings, and accurately fitting them into molds before the production process.
Typical responsibilities include:
Stacking and preparing fiberglass mats for production
Cutting fiberglass materials according to drawings using hand tools, such as scissors
Positioning and fitting materials accurately into molds
Following production instructions and quality requirements
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient production
What We Expect From You
At least three years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry
Experience working with fiberglass or composite materials is considered an advantage
Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
Careful, accurate, and detail-oriented working style
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a production team
Finnish or English language skills at a communicative working level, with the ability to understand and follow work instructions.
