Store Manager / Shop Manager Wanted
STORE MANAGERS WANTED – FULL-TIME
On behalf of Elite Købmand in Gentofte, we are looking for experienced and responsible store managers for full-time positions.
As a store manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the store and for ensuring excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities
Managing the daily operation of the store
Leading, motivating and coordinating employees
Preparing staff schedules and assigning tasks
Ordering goods and maintaining stock levels
Receiving and displaying products
Ensuring high standards of customer service
Keeping the store clean, organised and presentable
Handling cash registers and daily cash reconciliation
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
We expect you to
Have experience from retail, a supermarket or a convenience store
Preferably have previous management experience
Be responsible, reliable and service-minded
Be able to lead and motivate a team
Work independently and remain calm during busy periods
Be flexible regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends
Speak English; Danish is an advantage
