Position

Retail Manager / Management of Core Retail Activities

Full-time position – Copenhagen

Main Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of the retail store

• Planning and coordinating staff schedules and daily tasks

• Supervising, training and supporting employees

• Ensuring a high level of customer service

• Managing stock levels, ordering and product displays

• Monitoring sales performance and achieving sales targets

• Maintaining store standards and visual merchandising

• Handling day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

• Reporting to company management

• Supporting the continued development of the retail business

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail, preferably including supervisory or management responsibilities

• Has good knowledge of retail operations and customer service

• Is responsible, organised and able to work independently

• Has good communication and leadership skills

• Can work effectively in a busy retail environment

• Is flexible regarding working hours, including weekends when required

• Can communicate effectively in English
