Manufacturing Engineer (f/m/d) (Industriemechaniker/in)
Aufgabe: - Build electrical harnesses including cut/strip, solder, crimp, splice, lacing/tie, over-braid/shield terminations, labeling, and final assembly. - Support production for test campaigns and verification activities (e.g., shock/vibration, EMI/EMC, TVAC), coordinating readiness of parts, tooling, and work instructions. - Maintain "as-built" records, deviations, rework logs, and configuration/serial tracking for harnesses and critical components. Qualifikation: - Experience in electrical, electronic, or mechanical fields or equivalent - Strong hands-on experience with wiring harness manufacturing or cable assembly in high-reliability contexts (aerospace/space, aviation, defense, medical, or similar). - Ability to read drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and connector tables; comfortable working from controlled documentation and detailed work instructions. - Solid understanding of harness workmanship principles (crimp quality, strain relief, routing/bend radius, shielding/grounding practices, backshell assembly and torqueing, etc.). - Practical troubleshooting skills (identifying pinning errors, shorts/opens, intermittent faults, damaged contacts, shielding issues, etc.).
