Experienced Kitchen Supervisor
Supervisor for Nem Vikar – Start 27/7 About the role Nem Vikar is looking for an experienced and proactive Supervisor who can ensure high quality in our temp staffing services and daily operations. You will be the link between the client, the temps, and internal coordination – responsible for planning, staffing, and ongoing quality follow-up. Your tasks - Ensure timely staffing of client assignments and optimize temp schedules - Onboarding, training, and ongoing feedback for temps - Daily operations monitoring, absence management, and ad hoc solutions - Client contact - Documentation in systems The job requires communication skills in either Danish or English (knowing both is an advantage). Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.
