Experienced Kitchen Supervisor

VACA is looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to support our kitchen team and daily restaurant operations.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced person with solid knowledge of the restaurant industry and daily kitchen operations. The role requires structure, flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:

Operational support in the daily restaurant operation

Kitchen coordination

Food preparation

Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards

Supporting a strong customer experience

Supporting and training kitchen staff

Assisting with administrative and operational tasks related to the restaurant

General Kitchen Supervisor tasks

Ensuring that the kitchen and restaurant areas are clean, organised and well-functioning

The position as Kitchen Supervisor is an exciting full-time role in a sometimes busy and hectic restaurant environment. Therefore, previous experience from the restaurant industry is required.
