Main duties - Guiding Northern Lights (Aurora) hunting tours and other snowmobile safaris - Leading outdoor and nature activities, such as ice fishing and snowshoe hiking - Organising experiences for individuals and groups, including preparing campfires and outdoor rest stops - Preparing, maintaining and cleaning equipment, including thermal overalls, snowshoes, skis and snowmobiles, as well as refuelling snowmobiles - Ensuring customer safety throughout all activities by providing safety briefings, supervising participants, promoting safe and responsible snowmobile driving, and completing required safety and liability documentation - Delivering high-quality customer service to international guests while creating memorable cultural and nature-based experiences - Carrying out other duties assigned by the employer that are consistent with the position Assets - Previous experience as an adventure guide or an authorised city guide - Emergency First Aid certificate or equivalent - French language skills - Education in archaeology, anthropology or cultural heritage We offer - Seasonal full-time employment in Finnish Lapland - Comprehensive induction and workplace orientation - Occupational health services - Training in safe working practices, occupational safety, and the safe operation of snowmobiles - Employment in accordance with the **Collective Agreement for the Adventure Services Sector (1 April 2025 – 31 March 2028)** - Shared staff accommodation is available.
