We are looking for our Refuse Collection Vehicle Division: **LINE MANAGER | MANUFACTURING** As a Line Manager, you are **responsible for the overall performance of the department**, ensuring that **high-quality, defect-free products are delivered on time and in accordance with set requirements**. You will work with the manufacturing of bodies and compactors for refuse collection vehicles. The department consists of nearly 50 employees, and you will be supported by supervisors, team leaders, and technicians. We are looking for a person who can take the department to the next level by **increasing the level of automation and robotics** and by further developing operational and control processes. **Are you a committed and development-oriented leader** with experience in the manufacturing industry and a desire to contribute to the development of future production?
