Job Description: As an Airframe Automation Specialist (d/f/m), you will play a pivotal role in developing methods, processes, and tools to advance automated design activities within the Airframe Engineering domain. Based in Hamburg, you will work with a cross-functional team dedicated to transforming physical aircraft design and integration processes through innovative automation solutions. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about driving technological change and efficiency improvements in the aerospace sector. - Develop automation strategies aligned with Airframe Engineering goals and ensure continuous improvement through advanced solutions. - Collaborate with architects to balance dependencies between automation functionalities and architectural parameters. - Define and implement processes and methods to maximize the benefits of new automation technologies, including rule-based and parametric designs. - Support ongoing automation initiatives with a focus on connectivity and transnational synergies. - Coordinate efforts across specialist teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of automation solutions. - Present and communicate strategies effectively to stakeholders across all organizational levels. - Work in an agile and collaborative environment, demonstrating leadership in driving changes across complex internal processes. VORAUSSSETZUNGEN: Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Configuration Management, Engineering, Aircraft Manufacturing, and System Installation or Structural Design. - Proficient in CATIA V5 and VPM with advanced application knowledge. - Basic coding and scripting knowledge in VBA, Python, or CAA is a plus. - Sound understanding of Airframe Engineering Processes, particularly Physical Design. - Proven experience in Project Management and Process Management within an engineering context. - Fluency in English with basic German language skills; interviews conducted in English. - Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to work cross-culturally and transnationally. - Knowledge of Agile Methods is advantageous.
