**Icebreaking Company Oy** is a pioneer in Arctic tourism that operates in the Bay of Bothnia and Svalbard. We produce unforgettable experiences that have been experienced by more than a million tourists around the world over the past 40 years on the passenger icebreaker Sampo, the icebreaker Arktis and the SnowCastle area in Kemi. The SnowCastle complex includes modern Seaside Glass Villas, a year-round indoor snow castle, and restaurant, meeting and event services. In addition, we carry out a wide range of winter activities, such as reindeer, husky and snowmobile safaris. We are looking for a new team member **Social media specialist** to build a strong, responsible and internationally interesting brand story with us. In this role, you will play a key role in the planning and implementation of our content. You will brainstorm, produce and publish content for various social media channels, as well as develop campaigns and maintain a content calendar. You get to work in a variety of different environments: one day you shoot on an icebreaker, the next on safari or at an event, and the third you work on fast and effective social media videos. In addition, you will participate in community management, the implementation of paid advertising and the monitoring of analytics. You will be an important part of our marketing team and directly influence the development of our brand through your actions. The work is varied, experiential and anything but ordinary. You get to experience the winter in the Bay of Bothnia and the summer in Svalbard as part of your everyday life. We hope that you either already have strong experience or a creative and icy attitude, as well as a visual eye for social media content production and the confidence to perform in front of the camera. You can utilize analytics and build consistent, inspiring content for an international audience. You work fluently in English and other language skills are definitely considered an advantage. You have a proactive approach, take things to the finish line and bring positive energy to the team. Above all, you are curious about your work and want to constantly improve.
