Authentic Indian Street Kitchen looking for Chef with Indian cuisine experience

Indian food culture in Copenhagen is already widespread, but you need to go far to get authentic Indian street food. Quick dishes, easy to eat on the go, without sacrificing any of the mouth-watering savoriness, heat, and spice that Nort India is world famous for – That is Chaii Chaska. Our little food place has surpassed our expectations in a short time, therefore we are looking for an experienced cook to add to our small, but passionate team. We are looking for a cook who: - Has at least 3 years of professional experience (preferably with Indian cuisine) - Is a good team player. The space is small, so you need to keep oversight and move as a unit, even when there are colleagues, who also have a lot of things in the air. - Is friendly and service-minded. As a small space, the cooks will have interaction with customers, so it’s important to be able to smile even when dinner rush comes, and work can get a little hectic.
