Hotel Service Coordinator

We are looking for a hotel services coordinator who will play a versatile role in the hotels daily operations. Duties include: Reception work and guiding guests Basic room cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas Reporting or performing minor repairs and maintenance related to the property Communicating with tour groups and providing customer service Laundry, restocking supplies, and assisting other staff as needed Our hotel regularly hosts large groups of Chinese tourists, many of whom do not speak Finnish or English. For this reason, fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential for customer service. In addition, the hotels internal systems and guidelines are in English, so good English skills are necessary for daily work. The Employee will be responsible for: \-Housekeeping, room checks, basic cleaning duties \-Laundry and restocking of supplies \-Front desk reception, check-in/out procedures \-Communication with international guest groups \-Providing assistance to guests, including language support \-Reporting minor maintenance issues and coordinating repairs \-Use of hotel software system \-Shift work, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime \-Flexible multitasking in a small team environment The position is full-time, and work hours may include morning and evening shifts. The working languages are English or Chinese. Our hotel is located in Central Finland and primarily serves international travelers.
