Junior Finance Specialist

As Junior Finance Specialist, you will work hands-on with SAP, fixed assets, and financial operations while building a strong foundation for your future career in finance. Tasks and responsibilities Support daily SAP Finance operations Assist with SAP FI processes post go-live, including basic transactions, master data validation, and troubleshooting. Manage fixed assets and controls Maintain asset registers, handle registrations and reclassifications, and support depreciation tasks and asset counts. Drive documentation and SOP creation Prepare, maintain, and improve SOPs and finance process documentation in alignment with Radiant standards. Contribute to finance process standardization Help build consistent frameworks and ensure alignment across finance processes within NILT. Support monthly closing and reporting Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and documentation as part of the month-end close. Enable cross-organizational collaboration Support communication and coordination with Radiant for operational finance matters. Skills, experiences and qualifications we are looking for Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar 1–2 years of experience within finance/accounting Basic knowledge of SAP FI Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes Structured, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and develop Experience with fixed assets or documentation/SOP work is a plus Interested?
