Continental Chef for Danish Bistro

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Continental Chef to join our Danish bistro, where quality, flavor, and guest experience are at the heart of everything we do.
About the Position
As a chef with us, you will become an important part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing delicious dishes inspired by continental European cuisine with a Nordic touch. We value craftsmanship, seasonal ingredients, and high culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present hot and cold dishes
Cook European and Danish bistro-style cuisine
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Assist in menu development and seasonal specials
Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are followed
Work closely with the kitchen team during service
Requirements
Previous experience as a chef, preferably in a bistro, café, or restaurant
Knowledge of continental/European cuisine
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Passion for cooking and quality ingredients
Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
Able to communicate in English (Danish is a plus)
