_Tiera Resort is looking for a chef to join a new northern hospitality concept in the Koillismaa region of Finland._ _We are creating a destination for people seeking peace, nature, quality, and carefully considered details. Food is a central part of the experience modern northern cuisine without unnecessary gimmicks: pure ingredients, bold flavors, and warm, thoughtful service._ _The role includes breakfast, lunch, à la carte service, seasonal menus, and occasionally private events and catering. The kitchen focuses on northern fish, game, root vegetables, wild mushrooms, and local flavors._ _We are looking for someone who works in a clean and organized manner, performs well under pressure, values teamwork, and wants to grow professionally. We appreciate experience in à la carte or hotel kitchens, an interest in northern ingredients, an eye for aesthetics, initiative, as well as a hygiene passport and English language skills._ _We offer the opportunity to help build a new resort from the very beginning, genuinely influence the operation, and work in an ambitious yet people-focused environment surrounded by nature. Salary is based on experience, and accommodation may be arranged if needed._
