**Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Cloud and Infrastructure Delivery Manager** to lead the endtoend delivery of cloud and infrastructure services for enterprise customers. Based in Helsinki, this role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements across Finland and the Nordics. The role combines **technical leadership, service governance, stakeholder management, and delivery accountability** across cloud platforms, data centers, networks, and end-user computing environments. **Key Responsibilities** **Service Delivery & Operations** - Own and manage the delivery of **cloud and infrastructure services** (Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud). - Ensure services meet **SLA, SLO, and KPI** targets related to availability, performance, security, and cost. - Lead **incident, problem, change, and release management** in line with ITIL/ITSM practices. - Oversee daily operations, health checks, capacity planning, and infrastructure lifecycle management. - Drive continual service improvement (CSI) initiatives and operational maturity. **Cloud & Infrastructure Management** - Manage environments across **AWS, Azure, GCP**, onprem infrastructure, virtualization (VMware/HyperV), storage, backup, and networks. - Ensure **cloud cost optimization (FinOps)**, capacity forecasting, and usage governance. - Oversee infrastructure security posture, patching, vulnerability management, and DR/BCP readiness. - Support cloud migrations, modernization, and data center transformation initiatives. **Governance, Risk & Compliance** - Ensure compliance with **EU and Finnish regulations** (GDPR, data residency, information security). - Support audits, risk assessments, and adherence to **ISO 27001, SOC, SOX**, or customer-specific controls. - Establish and maintain delivery governance, documentation, runbooks, and SOPs. **Stakeholder & Customer Management** - Act as the **primary delivery interface** for customers and internal stakeholders. - Lead service reviews, operational governance meetings, and executive escalations. - Partner closely with Architecture, Security, PMO, and Application teams. - Build strong relationships with vendors, cloud providers, and local partners. **Team Leadership** - Lead and mentor multi-skilled infrastructure and cloud teams (onshore/offshore as needed). - Manage team capacity, skills development, workload distribution, and performance. - Promote a culture of accountability, automation, and operational excellence. **Required Skills & Experience** **Experience** - 10+ years in **IT Infrastructure / Cloud Operations**, with 46 years in a delivery or service management role. - Proven experience managing large-scale **enterprise or managed services environments**. - Strong background in **IT Service Management (ITIL-based delivery)**. **Technical Skills** - Cloud platforms: **Microsoft Azure (preferred), AWS, Google Cloud** - Infrastructure: Servers, virtualization, storage, backup, networks, firewalls - Monitoring & ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Azure Monitor, Datadog, OpsRamp, etc. - Strong understanding of **security, identity, access management, and compliance** - Exposure to **automation, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), CI/CD** is an advantage **Management & Soft Skills** - Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Ability to manage complex escalations and high-pressure situations - Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and governance skills **Certifications (Preferred)** - ITIL v4 (Foundation or higher) - Microsoft Azure Administrator / Architect - AWS Certified Solutions Architect - PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe (advantageous) - ISO 27001 or Information Security certifications (nice to have) **Language Requirements** - **English** Fluent (mandatory) - **Finnish** Professional working proficiency is a strong advantage
