**Requirements and Experience:** - Valid Finnish work permit/visa - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role - Strong and authentic knowledge of Indian cuisine (regional cuisines are a plus) - Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a kitchen team effectively - Experience in menu planning and recipe development - Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards - Experience in cost control, budgeting, and inventory management - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Good organizational and time-management skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Finnish language skills are an advantage
