Goa Restaurant Work tasks: Greet and welcome restaurant guests in a friendly and professional manner. Introduce the menu, explain daily specials, and be accurate when taking orders. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring a high and professional quality of service. Investigate customer satisfaction and politely respond to questions or concerns. Process billing and payment transactions using the POS system. Keep tables, dining room, and service areas clean and tidy. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure orders are correct and timely. Comply with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety requirements.
