Digital Marketing Manager Work tasks: KJ Tours is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager / E-marketing Specialist whose main task will be to develop the company’s digital marketing and increase the number of high-quality customer enquiries and sales in the Estonian and Latvian markets. Duties and responsibilities: developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy for KJ Tours; managing and developing Facebook and Instagram channels; planning, setting up, managing, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns; coordinating Google Ads campaigns and monitoring their results when necessary; planning marketing campaigns for different target groups and languages: Estonian, Russian, Ukrainian, and Latvian when needed; creating and coordinating the implementation of a social media content calendar; preparing posts, stories, Reels, and advertising copy in cooperation with designers, content creators, and the sales team; developing advertising offers and campaigns for tourism products, travel packages, and special offers; making proposals to improve website conversion; cooperating with the IT team to improve the website, forms, CTA buttons, analytics, and technical solutions; monitoring the correct use of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM tags; analysing sources of customer enquiries: website, Facebook, Instagram, advertising, email, WhatsApp, and other channels; monitoring CRM and marketing data in cooperation with the sales team; analysing marketing performance: number of enquiries, cost per lead, conversion rate, sales, and campaign profitability; preparing weekly and monthly marketing reports for management; continuously optimising marketing activities based on data and sales results; proposing new ideas and solutions to improve the company’s visibility, brand trust, and sales results.
