We are recruiting a Finishing Foreman for our clients data centre construction project in Hamina. In this role, you will be responsible for leading an approximately 20-person fit-out architectural team and managing finishing works on site. The architectural fit-out scope includes the construction ofinternal walls, ceilings, floors, doors, fixed furnishings, and other interiorstructures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and supervising daily site operations and ensuring high-quality execution of works - Reviewing drawings, identifying discrepancies, and assessing changes - Documentation and reporting to the project management team - Ensuring site safety and smooth day-to-day operations We expect you to have: To succeed in this role, you should have solid experience in sitemanagement and the ability to collaborate effectively with variousstakeholders. We value a solution-oriented mindset, strong decision-makingskills, and the capability to manage site operations comprehensively.
