Construction Site Foreman – Mission Critical Data Center Projects Location: Kouvola (Myllykoski), Finland Employer: Mono Rakennus Oy Mono Rakennus Oy is seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Foreman to join our ongoing mission-critical Data Center project in Kouvola (Myllykoski). The role requires strong experience in data center construction environments and the ability to coordinate multinational subcontractor teams under strict quality, safety, and scheduling requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervising daily construction activities on a live data center project Coordinating subcontractors and specialist installation teams Ensuring compliance with fire rating (EI60–EI90), acoustic and ballistic wall systems (based on the project design requirements) Managing installation of raised floors, anti-static flooring, suspended ceilings, and epoxy systems Monitoring quality control and ensuring documentation compliance Reporting progress to project management and client representatives Ensuring strict HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) compliance in high-security environments Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman / Site Supervisor specifically in Data Center or Mission-Critical construction projects Proven experience in high-security or technically controlled environments Strong experience with BIM-based project coordination and CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud) Ability to extract quantities and manage material procurement directly from 3D-BIM models Proven experience supervising installation of: EI60–EI90 fire-rated drywall systems Ballistic-resistant wall systems Anti-static flooring systems Suspended ceiling grid systems (600x600 modular) Epoxy and resin flooring systems Strong understanding of construction documentation, technical drawings, and digital reporting systems Experience managing multinational subcontractor teams in complex technical environments Valid Category B driving license (C considered an advantage) Additional Qualifications Considered an Advantage: Experience coordinating subcontractors from Central and Eastern Europe Experience with structured reporting and productivity tracking Experience in using Solibri Field Software Experience in using Navisworks software
