The Blue Taj is looking for an experienced and dedicated chef to join our Indian restaurant in Helsinge, Denmark. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen focused on authentic, high-quality cuisine. Responsibilities Prepare and cook Indian dishes (curry, tandoori, biryani, etc.) Ensure consistent quality and presentation Follow hygiene and food safety standards Collaborate with the kitchen team Requirements Experience as a chef, preferably in Indian cuisine Knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques Reliable, flexible, and able to work under pressure Employment Details Full-time (minimum 37 hours/week) Salary based on qualifications (in line with regulations) Location: Helsinge, 3200 Denmark Start date: As soon as possible There is 1 vacancy available.
