The fol- lowing are the requirements and job duties: Requirements: • Basic communication skills in English and Danish. • Proficient cooking skills. • Capable of cooking Asian cuisine. • At least 3 years of experience as an Asian cuisine chef. • Kitchen management experience is preferred. Job Duties: 1. Daily operation of the restaurant kitchen. 2. Daily hygiene management of the kitchen. 3. Daily ordering and management of goods.
