This role involves critical production planning and prioritization within engine delivery operations. You will manage order intake, ensure timely deliveries, and serve as a key contact for internal stakeholders. • Manage order intake and production planning for engine deliveries
• Prioritize production tasks to ensure efficient workflow
• Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding deliveries
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely report updates
• Communicate key milestones to internal customers
• Identify and implement opportunities to develop and automate current processes

We are looking for

• BSc or MSc in IT, engineering or a similar technical field
• MSOffice skills
• Excellent teamwork, communication and decision-making skills
• Systematic and analytical problem-solving approach
• Proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions for clarity
• Fluent in English, Finnish is a big plus

It is meritorious if you have

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing planning
• Experience in interpreting technical drawings
• Experience in SAP

• Start: Preferably in May
• Employment period: Permanent contract with Academic Work
• Location: Vaasa
