To make it easy for new international workers of the future to find Xamk and apply to study with us, we want to recruit to our international services unit Senior Specialist in international student recruitment The position is permanent and full-time, and work starts on 1st of June 2026, or as agreed. The position is subject to a probationary period. The workplace is in Finland, but you can work at any of our campuses. Your main task is to build and coordinate the entirety of Xamk's international student recruitment, including the applicant's path to becoming a student, together with education units, communication and marketing services, admission services, and international services. We expect from you: - existing networks that help you to succeed in the task - experience and evidence of successful? international student recruitment and educational marketing - experience in coordinating multidisciplinary and multicultural teams - Masters degree, a person with significant merits can be considered also without a Master's degree - B2, or equivalent, level Finnish Your workday as Xamk's international student recruitment expert includes marketing planning, coordination, implementation, and analysis of results. You are also partially responsible for building and managing the agent network and various marketing measures that support the applicant's path. The job requires willingness to travel and partial onsite work in our campus cities. About 50% of the work (or according to the agreement) can be done remotely. Why work with us?
